We got to know Jamie when she worked at the Animal hospital...it was always such a pleasure to go in and see her wonderful smile greeting us at the desk. It saddens us to know that such a wonderful person who was loved and cared about by so many suffered such a senseless ending to her young life. Jamie....you will be missed....many prayers to her family.

Joliene Heiden - August 15th, 2013 at 7:16pm
As with all who knew her; I will miss that golden smile and strong spirit. Barb, Travis and family - you are in our thoughts daily. We send our sympathies and prayers.

Whether it was joking with her at the Stevens Point Animal Hospital or cheering on the Badgers in Las Vegas, Jamie was always ready with a huge smile and a hug! She was certainly "one of the good ones" and will be missed.

As I prepared for this message, I found this poem by Maxwell Cornelius. It speaks truth that can hold our hearts steady in difficult times. SOME TIME WE’LL UNDERSTAND "Not now, but in the coming years, It may be in the better land, We’ll read the meaning of our tears, And there, some time, we’ll understand. We’ll catch the broken threads again, And finish what we here began; Heaven will the mysteries explain, And then, ah, then, we’ll understand. God knows the way, He holds the key, He guides us with unerring hand; Some time with tearless eyes we’ll see; Yes, there, up there, we’ll understand."
